MANSO-ADUBIA HEALTH CENTRE

Physician Assistant at the Manso–Adubia health centre, Mr. Kofi Bosomtwe Yarte has appealed to the Amansie West district assembly to provide the centre with an electricity plant to improve the services the centre renders to the people in the area.

Mr. Yarte made the appeal in an interview with Garden City Radio. According to him, aside from the current power situation which is making the work of the centre very difficult, it has no fence wall which makes it easy for people to come to the centre without permission.

He added that the main problem facing the centre is accommodation for health workers at the centre. A senior financial officer at the centre, Mr. Hassan Abubakar urged the National Health Insurance Authority to pay claims they own to the centre so that they can buy medicine, since most parents that come to the centre use national health insurance card.

He added that the internal generated fund of the centre is not enough to keep the centre moving and called on the patriotic citizens of the district to assist the centre.
